Dallas Symphony and Metropolitan Opera musicians serving up free chamber music concerts this week

The performances run for about an hour in venues throughout the Dallas area.

Following a hair-raising performance of Mahler’s First Symphony last Friday, musicians from the Dallas Symphony Orchestra and Metropolitan Opera Orchestra continue to join forces in a series of free chamber music concerts this week. All performances run for about an hour in venues throughout the Dallas area.

The programs cover a range of repertoire, from Mozart’s time to the present day, and feature string quartets and brass and percussion ensembles, among other groups.
