REUNION TOWER OVER THE TOP NYE
Reunion Tower and Hunt Realty Investments will host the annual event featuring a 360-degree panoramic fireworks show benefiting Children’s Health System of Texas. New for this year, a 25-drone light show engineered and flown by locally based Sky Elements will accompany the fireworks display. No viewing will be allowed inside Reunion Tower or from the Reunion lawn or restricted areas within the “hot zone,” but the display can be seen from other vantage points around the city.

LIGHTS ALL NIGHT
This annual electronic music festival features two days of performances. Headliners include Subtronics, Deadmau5, Slander and Illenium on Dec. 30 and Madeon, Above and Beyond, Loud Luxury and DJ Snake on Dec. 31 with more than 50 other artists performing on three indoor stages and two outdoor stages. The patio will have food trucks, and there will be other food and drink vendors inside. Free water stations will be available to help you stay hydrated after all that dancing. There will also be emergency medical and security personnel throughout the festival grounds.

NEW YEAR’S WEEKEND LIVE
Celebrate the new year all weekend long with parties, tasty eats, live music and screenings of football games. On Dec. 30, Sarah Faith and Emerald City Band’s Downtown Fever will perform. The Kroger Game Day Live college football playoff watch parties will begin Dec. 31 and Jan. 2 at 10 a.m. A New Year’s Eve party begins at 9 p.m. and will feature live entertainment, a countdown, midnight surprises, games and prizes. The venue opens Jan. 1 at 11 a.m. — all the day’s college football bowl games will be shown, and there will be live music and food and drinks for purchase.

NYE CABARET SOIRÉE AT LEGACY HALL
The hall’s three floors will have entertainment options galore, from cancan dancers and cirque performers to photo ops, DJs and live music from party band Live 90. More than 20 eateries and bars will be selling food and drinks throughout the night. You can look forward to a huge balloon drop at midnight with a Champagne toast. Tickets include one craft drink and a glass of Champagne for each guest.
