Dallas-based MoneyGram International restored its website Thursday and several of its services following widespread outages that limited the ability for its millions of users to send money around the world.

The company alerted its users through a social media post Thursday that customers can send and receive money both through digital platforms and agent partners.

“We continue to work diligently to fulfill pending transactions. Thanks again for the patience of our customers and partners,” the company posted on X.

The financial technology giant took itself offline Monday to protect its systems against an unspecified cybersecurity issue. The company said it was working with experts and law enforcement to get back online and resume business.

MoneyGram has not responded to questions about the type of cybersecurity issues it is dealing with.
