Dallas-based retail real estate firm Weitzman is teaming up with an investor to lease and manage two Tarrant County shopping centers.
Velocis, a Dallas-based real estate investor, has hired Weitzman to handle the Town Center Colleyville shopping center and the historic Ridglea Village in Fort Worth.
Together, the retail centers have more than 358,000 square feet of shopping space.
Town Center Colleyville on Colleyville Road is anchored by grocer Market Street, Studio Movie Grill and a Pet Supermarket.
"The center featured prominent spaces that are available for lease, and we also are targeting full-service restaurants," Weitzman's Gretchen Miller said in a statement.
Ridglea Village is a 112,117-square-foot property at 6100 Camp Bowie Boulevard. Tenants in the property include Haltom's Jewelers, La Madeleine, Campisi's Italian and R Taco.
A second story on the property has office and medical space.
"The second-floor executive office suites space offers a signature address with access and visibility in the heart of some of Fort Worth's strongest and most established neighborhoods," Weitzman's Stephen Wise said.
Velocis is a private real estate fund manager that oversees office, medical office, retail and data center properties.
