Irving-based Pioneer Natural Resources has hired commercial property firm Cushman & Wakefield to operate its new headquarters in Las Colinas.
The energy firm plans to move into the 1.2 million-square-foot office campus this fall.
Developer KDC is building the 10-story office complex at 777 Hidden Ridge Drive in Irving. Construction started on the project in 2017 — the first phase of the $1 billion Hidden Ridge development.
It's one of the largest developments being built in North Texas.
Cushman & Wakefield officials say Pioneer Natural Resources headquarters will be the firm's largest ever local property management and facility services contract.
"Pioneer's new, state-of-the-art headquarters is a significant addition to Las Colinas, and our team is honored to have been selected as the company's partner for property management, facility management, engineering services and move management," Christy Means, managing director of asset services for Cushman & Wakefield, said in a statement.
Pioneer Natural Resources' offices are in the the Williams Square complex in Las Colinas. The company will start moving hundreds of workers into the new location in October.
Designed by architects Duda Paine and HKS, the project includes daycare, a wellness center and a food hall. There's a seven-story parking garage.
Pioneer's new headquarters is part of almost 3 million square feet of offices planned for the Hidden Ridge development, along with apartments and retail space. The 158-acre development is being built by a partnership between Verizon and KDC.
