A Dallas investor bought Tribecca Pointe, a 175-unit apartment property at 601 Brown Trail in Hurst in Hurst. Al Silva and Ford Braly of Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale.

The new facility will house commercial flight simulators and large training centers.
