Take a look inside this glamorous contemporary Dallas condo on the Azure’s 22nd floor

The custom black-and-white accents make a statement.

This condo, on the 22nd floor of the Azure, boasts glamorous details, bold accents and plenty of storage. The current owners customized the 2,382-square-foot floor plan and design elements to make the home more open.

The three-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom condo is in a luxury 31-story building and boasts views across Dallas.

The current owners replaced the original floors with large, square porcelain tiles that add to the glamour of the space. They also removed walls in the kitchen to open it up to the living and dining room.

Listing agent Pogir said the renovations changed the feel of the condo.

“When you stand in the kitchen, you experience all the views out the building,” Pogir said. “It’s so dramatic up on the 22nd floor.”

Custom black cabinets in the kitchen provide contrast to the white porcelain tiles. The large living room is surrounded by windows and has access to the patio. Pogir said the current owners have arranged the furniture in a way that maximizes room for conversation, making use of the rounded section of the space that overlooks the city.

“It’s very conversational,” Pogir said. “And you can turn and look at the views.”

The black-and-white color scheme flows throughout the house, with a hallway that includes a desk area made of cabinets in the same style found in the kitchen.

Pogir said it’s a Miami-influenced style. “It’s got that sort of coolness about it,” he said.

The master bedroom has its own bathroom and connects to a separate, smaller balcony with a fireplace. There are two more bedrooms and bathrooms, and they have walk-in closets with custom cabinetry and storage.

Pogir noted that there is a storage room that was converted into a fourth bedroom where the bed takes up the entire space and is surrounded by the walls — almost like a bunk room.

All of the rooms in the home feature large windows that can be covered by electric shades and blackout curtains, all operable at the push of a button.

Pogir said one of the greatest advantages of this property is the available garage space. The owners have two, two-car garages that sit next to each other and have additional storage space inside.

The building features a gym, a resort-style pool, a theater and security.

2900 McKinnon, #2204, is listed by Lisa Besserer and Pogir of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty for $1,825,000.
