A new Lewisville office high-rise has landed another major tenant.
Global Medical Response, a medical transport firm, is taking two floors in the Realm at Castle Hills office building on State Highway 121 at Josey Lane.
The nine-story office project of Bright Realty was finished last year and is now 80% leased.
Global Medical Response is taking 60,000 square feet in the building.
The company is relocating workers from existing locations in Lewisville, Farmers Branch and Denton to the office at The Realm.
“Offices at The Realm is the ideal space for our D-FW-based employees,” Global Medical Response CEO Randy Owen said in a prepared statement. “We wanted one location to bring some of our metroplex teams together with easy access to major thoroughfares and DFW International Airport, as well as access to top-notch amenities and technology.”
Lincoln Property Co.’s Worthey Wiles, Jake Young and Dalton Stogner negotiated the lease with JLL’s Kevin Mechelke, John Ruskin, Greg Biggs and Jeremy McGown.
Along with Global Medical Response, CSC Corptax, a tax software provider, has leased 15,000 square feet of office space in the building. Lincoln Property negotiated the lease with Cushman & Wakefield.
And Texas VA Mortgage leased 4,000 square feet of offices in the building. Lincoln Property negotiated the lease with Swearingen Realty Group.
Coworking firm Venture X opened a 30,000-square-foot office in the building earlier this year.
The 235,000-square-foot office project includes 16,000 square feet of ground floor restaurant and retail space.
Offices at The Realm is the first phase of The Realm at Castle Hills, a 324-acre, mixed-use project that includes office, restaurant, retail, entertainment and multi-family developments.
It’s the newest phase of Bright Realty’s 3,000-acre Castle Hills community, which has more than 4,000 homes and has been under construction for more than two decades.
