Developer Billingsley Co. has opened an apartment community in Grapevine.
The 432-unit rental community is part of a mixed-use development that Billingsley is building near State Highway 121 and Grapevine Mills Boulevard.
The apartment community is called Wallis & Baker, named after two early hotels in Grapevine.
The property includes a community clubroom, a private dining room for residents, a wine room, a fitness center and a library for working from home. The complex has eight landscaped parks and outdoor courtyards.
One-bedroom units in the project start at $1,295 a month.
“People are searching for more space, more outdoor amenities and places where they can be the very first person to ever live in an apartment,” Billingsley partner Sumner Billingsley said in a statement.
Next door to the apartments, Billingsley is developing a 27,400-square-foot office and retail center in the project called Grapevine Mills Crossing.
The rental community is the first phase of apartments and townhomes in Grapevine Mills Crossing.
