High-traffic corner on Dallas North Tollway is planned for mixed-use development.

A high-profile property that’s on one of the busiest corners in Dallas' northern suburbs is up for grabs.

The almost 160-acre Frisco North site is at the southwest corner of Dallas North Tollway and U.S. Highway 380.

The vacant property surrounds a Cinemark movie theater and is zoned for mixed-use development. It’s next to the PGA of America’s new headquarters and golf courses.
