Irving luxury condos, homes starting at $900,000 will overlook Four Seasons golf course

First of 64 condominium units are now under construction.

Builders in Irving have broken ground on a seven-building, luxury residential project overlooking the TPC Four Seasons golf course in Las Colinas.

The Residences of Savannah will have 64 condo units in the two-story buildings on the golf course’s 17th and 18th holes.

The two-bedroom, two and a half bath homes at 300 and 360 O’Connor Boulevard will start at $900,000, according to Savannah Developers and Meyer Group Real Estate.

Stocker, Hoesterey and Montenegro designed the project.

The first units are scheduled for completion in the fall 2021.

The project is among several new luxury home developments to kick off in established Dallas-area neighborhoods. Demand for new homes has exploded this year with record-low mortgage costs and continued job moves to North Texas.

The single-level homes start at $900,000.
