A Dallas-based commercial property developer and investor is working on plans for a new industrial project in Duncanville.
CLX Ventures plans to build the 354,000-square-foot building on Duncanville Road near Interstate 20.
The $11.25 million speculative project is set to start construction in early 2021, according to filings with the state.
Powers Brown Architecture designed the project.
CLX Ventures was founded last year by Dallas businessmen Brad Copeland and Tony Long and has already developed three Dallas-area industrial projects.
The company’s more than 1 million-square-foot DFW Commerce Center has four buildings and was constructed near the south end of DFW International Airport.
CLX Ventures also built the 900,000-square-foot I-20 Commerce Center in Lancaster, and its Interstate Commerce Center is on Interstate 45.
Dallas-Fort Worth is the country’s fastest-growing industrial building market with almost 25 million square feet of new space on the way.
