Dallas developer starting business parks in Arlington and Fort Worth

Jackson-Shaw and Thackeray Partners are building the two warehouse projects.

A developer is kicking off two Tarrant County industrial projects – one in Arlington and another in Fort Worth.

Dallas-based Jackson-Shaw has already started construction on Parc 20, a two-building, 154,127-square-foot business park in Arlington. The project is being built on a vacant tract on South Collins Street.

And in Fort Worth, Jackson-Shaw is building 46 Ranch Logistics Park, a three-building industrial project with more than 560,000 square feet. Eventually, the business park on Altamesa Boulevard in South Fort Worth is planned for more than 2 million square feet of construction.
