A Richardson-based company is moving its headquarters to Addison.
ATW Corp., which manufactures and sells trailers and parts across North America, is relocating to the Greenhill Towers on Midway Road north of LBJ Freeway.
The company is renting more than 26,000 square feet of space in the building.
“We are excited about our move to Addison and Greenhill Towers,” Pramod Raju, ATW’s chief financial officer, said in a prepared statement. “It is important for us to improve the overall employee experience by upgrading our space, increasing onsite amenities, improving the office location and getting our employees together into one building.”
ATW sells products under the Big Tex Trailer, PJ Trailers, CM Truck Beds and other national brands.
The company has manufacturing facilities in Texas, Idaho, Oklahoma and Georgia. It sells products at more than 300 independent dealer locations across the U.S. and Canada.
Built in the 1980s, Greenhill Towers is owned by Florida-based Codina Partners. The owners just completed an $8 million redo of the project that includes a new coffee shop and cafe, fitness center and conference center.
Dan Zeltser at Work a Shop Co. negotiated the lease with Grant Sumner and Russell Podraza of Avison Young.
