More homes are in the works for Richardson’s CityLine project

The builder is planning 58 urban houses in the mixed-use project near U.S. Highway 75.

Richardson’s $1.5 billion CityLine project is growing again with plans for a new residential community. Dallas builder Centre Living Homes is seeking zoning to build almost five dozen urban-style homes in the mixed-use development near U.S. Highway 75.

The almost 5-acre development is planned at the northeast corner of Renner Road and Red Moon Way.

The houses would surround a small park and would be built just south of West CityLine Drive, according to filings with Richardson’s plan commission. The proposed housing project is just west of CityLine Park.

Centre Living Homes has already built one successful single-family home community in the CityLine project starting in 2017. The builder’s Residences at CityLine project is located between the development’s retail center on Renner Road and the office campuses.
