Developers have completed construction on a Frisco office project.
VanTrust Real Estate LLC has opened The Offices Three at Frisco Station, located west of the Dallas North Tollway on Warren Parkway.
The 210,000-square-foot speculative office building is in the $1.8 billion Frisco Station mixed-use development.
VanTrust started the building in early 2020. It’s the third of five planned office buildings to be constructed on the north side of Warren Parkway.
Developers scrambled to make changes in the new building to accommodate health concerns during the pandemic.
“As COVID-19 forced the country to rethink the way we work and live, businesses began seeking out customizable workspaces that maximize efficiency and promote flexibility,” Chris McCluskey, vice president of development at VanTrust Real Estate, said in a statement. “The Offices Three at Frisco Station gives these companies and their employees access to the well-rounded and adaptable lifestyle they need, while highlighting the importance of collaboration and culture through its modern, world-class amenities.”
With the completion of the six-story Offices Three building, Van Trust recently offered for sale the phase two building in the project.
The 210,000-square-foot Offices Two at Frisco Station is being marketed for sale by Newmark. Opened in 2020, building is more than 90% leased to tenants including Magellan Health, Stifel, Raymond James, Addus Homecare and MTX Group.
The 242-acre Frisco Station development — which adjoins the Dallas Cowboys’ headquarters — is a development of VanTrust Real Estate, Hillwood and the Rudman Partnership.
