Four buildings with more than 2 million square feet are planned on U.S. 67.

Developer Hillwood is breaking new ground in the fast-growing North Texas industrial market with a huge new business park in Cedar Hill.

It’s the first project of its size in Cedar Hill.

The Cedar Hill Economic Development Department worked with Hillwood to land the big project.

Hillwood is one of the Dallas-Fort Worth area’s busiest industrial builders. The company just announced plans for a 1.2 million-square-foot industrial project that will be its largest ever speculative development at AllianceTexas.

More than 5 million square feet of industrial development is underway in southern Dallas County, which includes the Cedar Hill area.
