Dallas architect GFF designed the new building, which will open in late 2022, according to planning documents filed with the state. The project is the first of five new buildings planned at International Business Park. The new campus is planned for almost 1 million square feet of space.

The adjoining International Business Park amenity center has a fitness center, conference and event space, and a tenant lounge.
