The sale is the second trade of the Far North Dallas property in the past year.

A venerable Dallas country club has changed hands again.

In 2014, the property was purchased from Dallas’ Henry S. Miller family by Dallas-based ClubCorp, which owns and operates golf courses, country clubs and private clubs.
