The Oilwell Supply Building is just across the street from the historic West End Marketplace building, which developer Granite Properties has turned into an office complex called Factory Six03. The 7-story, 237,000-square-foot building was constructed in 1903 as a bakery and warehouse complex.

Health insurer Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas and Sam’s Club have leased offices in the Factory Six03 building to house innovation centers. And developers are converting other old commercial buildings in the West End area into boutique office and coworking spaces.
