Developer Alamo Manhattan is planning a project on Zang Boulevard.

Another major mixed-use project is in the works for Oak Cliff’s popular Bishop Arts district.

The neighborhood southwest of downtown Dallas has seen widespread revelpment in the last decade, with new retail and residential projects.

Now Dallas-based builder Alamo Manhattan Corp. is eyeing a more than $43 million apartment and retail building to be constructed at Zang Boulevard and 7th Street.

The developer’s two buildings contain 216 apartments and 25,000 square feet of commercial space at Zang and Davis Street.

Alamo Manhattan has a track record of apartment and hotel projects in Dallas’ Uptown District and Oak Cliff.
