J & A Frith Properties of Louisiana has purchased the Lakeside Professional Office located at 870 International Parkway in Flower Mound. The two-story, 21,779 square foot office is 100% leased to tenants including Edward Jones, Wills Investments Group, Century 21 Judge Fite Co, Scroggins Law Group, Olympia Splendid USA, Compass The Sharma Group and Edge Team Technology. Realty Capital Management developed the building. Stephen Swann with Belfort Assets brokered the sale with Mark Boone with Realty Capital Management.
Pegasus Real Estate how purchased a 271,100-square-foot industrial property portfolio near DFW International Airports in Irving. The buildings at 4040, 4823 and 4845 Royal and at 8400 Sterling Street were sold by Fort Capital. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Stephen Bailey and Dustin Volz brokered the sale.
Investor John Hammond has purchased a 409-room hotel at the south end of DFW International Airport at Airport Freeway and State Highway 161. Originally built as Holiday Inn Select and Holidome, the hotel will be converted to dual brand Wyndham and Ramada hotels. Jagdish (Jack) Godhwani of Beam Real Estate brokered the sale.

McClintock Homes has purchased almost 7 acres in Denton for $1.2 million, 31-home residential community. The property is just east of Texas Women’s University. Mike Todd represented McClintock Homes in the purchase with broker John Skelton. Granite Industries will develop the property. McClintock expects to offer new custom homes starting at $500,000
