Southlake office building set for opening in early 2023

The Granite Properties project is one of three new North Texas buildings the developer is constructing in D-FW.

Developer Granite Properties has topped out construction on its latest office project.

The Granite Place II at Southlake Town Square has been under construction since May. The five-story, 143,500-square-foot office building is being constructed near State Highway 114. It’s the second phase of Granite’s Southlake Town Square development.

The first building was opened in 2017 and is fully leased.

Granite Place II will include outdoor work and meeting spaces, a fitness center and food service facilities.

The developer plans to offer flexible office suites in the building ranging from 1,900 to 3,300 square feet.

Granite Place II is next to the Southlake Town Square mixed-use project, which has retail, restaurants, a Hilton hotel and townhomes and condominiums.

The Southlake building is one of three office projects the Plano-based developer is building in North Texas.

Granite Properties’ 23Springs office tower is under construction in Uptown Dallas across the street from the Crescent.

And in Plano, the developer is building its 19-story, 422,000-square-foot Granite Park Six tower on State Highway 121.

Granite Properties has partnered with North Carolina-based Highwoods Properties on the Uptown and Plano buildings.
