“Decatur’s expanding industrial sector and rapidly growing workforce are driving increased interest from additional industrial prospects,” said Kevin Holzbog, executive director of Decatur Economic Development.

Holzbog said the purchase is a “strategic investment to continue bringing expanded tax-base and quality jobs to the Decatur area.” With the expansion, the almost 530-acre Eagle’s Landing Business Park is adjacent to BNSF’s rail line.
