Huge four-building business park coming in Grapevine

ARCO/Murray plans the nearly 1 million-square-foot industrial project near DFW Airport.

A new business park on the way in Grapevine will bring almost 1 million square feet of new industrial space.

The four-building warehouse development is planned on almost 88 acres on Euless-Grapevine Road, west of DFW International Airport.

Grapevine City Council recently approved the project, which will be built by ARCO/Murray. Construction is set to start in September in the first 200,340-square-foot phase of the development. It’s scheduled to open in July 2024.
