Planned Turtle Creek condo tower will offer only 14 luxury homes

The Fairmount Street building is the latest residential high-rise in the works north of Uptown.

A high-rise in the works for Dallas’ Turtle Creek corridor will offer some of the largest and most exclusive residential units.

Developer Centurion American Group recently presented plans for the 14-story Julien condominium tower to the Oak Lawn Committee. The building would be constructed on a small vacant lot near the northwest corner of Turtle Creek Boulevard and Fairmount Street.

The planned residential tower would only have 14 living units, with most of the condos taking up a full floor in the building.

Each of the 14 floors would total about 8,100 square feet, including the stairs, elevators and mechanical areas.

Dallas’ Merriman Anderson Architects designed the building, which would be constructed next door to the Parkside Tower office building that fronts on Maple Avenue.

The building is one of several new residential towers in the works for the area just north of Dallas’ Uptown neighborhood.
