Apartments on the way near Trinity Falls community near McKinney

Dallas developer plans new rental community just outside of Trinity Falls..

One of Collin County’s most successful residential communities is getting A new apartment project is on the way near one of Collin County’s most successful residential communities.

The almost 2,000-acre Trinity Falls development north of McKinney is planned for nearly 5,000 single-family homes. The community, located west of U.S. Highway 75, opened in 2014.

Dallas-based Provident Realty Advisors plans to begin work next summer on a four-story, 324-unit rental project just outside the Trinity Falls development, according to planning documents filed with the state. The apartment development at Trinity Falls Parkway and Weston Road will open in 2026.

Dallas-based Architecture Demarest is designing the $46 million multifamily project.

Provident Realty Advisors is one of the Dallas area’s most experienced apartment builders.

The development company built hundreds of rental units at its Preston Hollow Village mixed-use project on U.S. 75 at Walnut Hill Lane in Dallas.
