Fort Worth’s Walsh community will add 339 homesites this year, expanding its Overlook Park and Lake Park neighborhoods as part of its next phase.
The sites are along the west side of the Walsh master-planned community and will include both homes and townhomes.
Homebuilders in the new offering include David Weekley, Drees Custom Homes, Highland Homes, Toll Brothers, Village Home and GFO Home.
Over 200 lots are available now. The rest of the inventory is planned to be released over the next 45 days. Prices for townhomes are expected to start in the $400,000s, while luxury custom homes could exceed $1 million.
This year, the community will also add Fire Station No. 43 and early education center The Primrose School at Walsh.
Republic Property Group is currently developing 1,600 acres of the development near the intersections of Interstates 30 and 20, in partnership with Walsh Cos.
This marks Walsh’s third new phase opening in the past 12 months, with Brook Hollow and The Village neighborhoods launching last year.
