The filing calls for over 141,000 square of construction for the golf-centric venue spread across 18 acres with a driving range and hotel with restaurants, bars, a private club and a pool.
It has an estimated cost of $35 million, with Bush Architects, based in Addison, listed as the design firm for the project.
Original plans for the project involved California-based TaylorMade Golf teaming up with The Bays golf company for a four-story resort featuring 24 suites with private hitting bays, a 25,000-square-foot putting green and a chipping area.
