Located at 5340 and 5360 Legacy Drive, the campus is 57.6% occupied.

It is located in the Legacy submarket of Plano near Dallas-based NexPoint’s proposed multibillion-dollar Texas Research Quarter, which is expected to bring thousands of jobs to the region tied to the life sciences sector.

The complex, built in 1986 for Ross Perot’s Electronic Data Systems, holds the headquarters locations for North Texas companies such as behavioral health firm Oceans Healthcare and mortgage platform Optimal Blue.

Collin County Appraisal District listings show the owner of 5340 and 5360 Legacy Drive to be Whetstone Legacy Campus LP, an entity that has in the past been linked with Spear Street Capital in a Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation filing. The firm, however, lists the property as an asset it sold on its website.

Spear Street remodeled the campus with Dallas developer KDC almost a decade ago and later purchased the latter’s interest in the complex.
