Who’s the latest to move in at Southlake Town Square?

As the shopping center’s tenants shift due to COVID-19, LoveSac and ZAGG have signed longer-term leases.

Amid COVID-19′s crush on retailers, the tenant situation remains fluid at Southlake Town Square.

Last month, north anchor Harkins Theatres closed after a nearly 15-year run, and last spring, Hopdoddy Burger Bar left. But Moxie’s Bar & Grill opened in September and two more restaurants are slated for debuts in the near future — Whistle Britches and Muchacho.

Add two retailers to the mix, who have extended their leases for more permanent status at the center, said Liz Barth, marketing and business development director for RPAI, Town Square’s owner and manager.
