Samsung is growing in North Texas with offices in Plano and Coppell warehouse

The international electronics firm office lands in Legacy business park.

Samsung is adding to its Plano office footprint and expanding its distribution operations near DFW International Airport.

In 2018, the global consumer products firm consolidated its North Texas operations in the Legacy Central development at U.S. Highway 75 and Legacy Drive.

Samsung initially put 1,000 workers in more than 200,000 square feet of offices in the 84-acre development owned by California-based Regent Properties.

Samsung is also adding to its North Texas distribution facilities.

The company is taking more than 200,000 square feet of additional warehouse space in Coppell north of DFW Airport.

The expanded industrial space is in the Point West business park at 240 Dividend Drive, according to state filings. The building is owned by industrial real estate firm Prologis.

Samsung first moved to the Coppell business park in 2009.
