In late March, Ridgemont hosted its second annual bass fishing tournament, which benefits the Wounded Warrior Project. The event raised $15,300 — almost twice the amount raised in its inaugural outing.
Secret sauce: “There is no ‘I’ in team,” says Ridgemont CEO Bob O’Brien. “We try really hard to make Ridgemont a good place to work. That starts with treating all employees fairly and with respect.”
Employees say: “Every day is a new challenge that I get to face. It’s not boring and monotonous. I love the people I work with.”
“I get to make real lifelong relationships with people not only at Ridgemont but across our industry. It is very rewarding to make a positive difference in someone else’s life. We get the opportunity to do just that with every project that we build.”
“I couldn’t ask for a better support system at work, from the executives all the way down to my fellow team members they have been nothing less of family. Even on my worst days, I walk in and out of work with a smile on my face.”
