The Dallas direct marketing company founded eight years ago takes pride in having a 62-person lineup that includes Olympic medalists, former NFL players, military veterans, multilingual speakers and those who identify as LGBTQ, to name just a handful.
“What helps us be successful is the diversity we all bring to the team and our ability to thrive together,” CEO Ayush Sukhani said.
Because of their inclusive mindset, the employees took the murder of George Floyd hard, he said. “Many asked Lumos Marketing Group to speak publicly on the matter via social media in solidarity, which we did.”
