The folks at CENTURY 21 Judge Fite like to say they give 121%.

Jim Fite, president and CEO, says adherence to this motto of overachievement gave the 83-year-old real estate brokerage a head start in dealing with the pandemic.

“Our company was blessed beyond belief to have our technology platforms — from our paperless transaction management to our virtual training programs — already in place for years,” Fite said.

Leaders of Texas' largest Century 21 franchise all had Zoom accounts and knew how to conduct brainstorming, training and internal strategy meetings.

“Our principal group along with district managers met every morning at 8 a.m. via Zoom and discussed our people, issues and communication that was needed,” Fite said. "Our leadership team executed email blasts, texts and personal calls to check on the health and safety of our valued agents and employees, both personally and professionally.

“Our training department ramped up even greater development of virtual listing presentations, open houses and showings,” Fite said. “Bottom line, we didn’t miss a beat.”

Employees agree.

“I am brand new, but during this pandemic even when I could not leave the house, Judge Fite provided daily training and curriculum, daily check-ins, mentoring and encouragement,” said a Fite newbie.

“Training and mentorship are unsurpassed when compared to other brokers I have worked for,” said another employee. “I love that it is a family-owned business and treats us like family.”

“CENTURY 21 Judge Fite Company has stayed on top of the market during the pandemic by consistently offering training and information to keep me motivated and moving forward in my career,” said another agent. “This has been invaluable during a very trying time.”

This eight-time winner has consistently ranked among the top tier of our large companies. This year it took home the No. 3 spot.

Its 1,007 workers at its 23 D-FW locations — spread from Weatherford to Rockwall, and Denton to Waxahachie — gave the company its highest marks for the statement: This company operates by strong values.

CENTURY 21 Judge Fite agents have several compensation plans, with escalating commission splits based on production up to 100% after a small franchise fee.

The company also offers a 401(k) for all W-2 employees with a large optional company match and profit-sharing.

“The leadership team has realistic goals for the company and helps me understand how achieving my personal goals will help them, too,” said one employee. “By doing this we have a joint stake in our success.”
