The Dallas-based company has built staunch employee loyalty by embracing diversity and promoting from within.

Team members have won Olympic medals, served in the U.S. military, speak multiple languages and personally identify in a rainbow of ways, Sukhani said. “What makes us successful is the diversity we all bring to the team and our ability to thrive together.”

Said one employee: “Having been a professional athlete, I like the competitive sales environment.”

Lumos promises 100% internal, organic growth that gives every employee the chance to start at the bottom and grow into management, Sukhani said.

What is Sukhani delighted to see in the rearview mirror?

“Hopefully COVID! I am sure everyone feels this way, but in the direct marketing world where face-to-face is king, we are glad to see things mending.”
