Lumos Marketing Group didn’t let COVID-19 take the wind out of its sails.
“The company took on three new clients and expanded with new partners this year,” said Ayush Sukhani, CEO of the privately owned direct marketing company founded nine years ago. “Coming off the tail end of the pandemic, this was a reach goal.”
Lumos is an outsourced marketing, sales and consulting company that works with leading nonprofit organizations and Fortune 100 companies. Its goal is to help clients expand and retain their customer bases through innovative marketing approaches.
During these trying times, Sukhani said his troops taught him perseverance.
“The last year and a half has been a drastic change,” he said. “Our core leadership team kept a positive attitude and did some of their best work ever.”

Lumos promises 100% internal, organic growth that gives every employee the chance to start at the bottom and grow into management, Sukhani said.
