Learn the basics to produce, and enjoy, several styles of sushi as well as 2 sake pairings. Attendees will be taught to make the proper rice; learn about the varieties of sushi and the condiments that enhance them.
The menu for the class includes assorted nigiri, kappa maki (cucumber maki), spicy tuna roll and Seattle roll.
Face masks are required when not eating, and social distancing will be enforced.
