Dallasite launches Boxed Bites picnic meal delivery

The ‘boxing’ trend continues with elevated meals to go.

Life has been less than a picnic since March, but Paige Muller, a native Dallasite who lived in New York for a while, has returned to Texas to change that.

Muller has recently launched Boxed Bites, a delivery service that offers artisan cheeses, meats, fruits and crackerbreads with honey, tied up with culinary lavender; or seasonal vegetables and favorite dips.

Muller wants to “elevate the experiential delivery” with boxes that arrive with handwritten notes and glass jars.

Muller lived in New York for seven years, working for a full-service creative media company. But when COVID-19 changed the landscape, she returned home to Dallas to create her own brand.

While the food and beverage industry adapts to a new reality, the delivered box becomes the international vessel of 2020, bringing meals to cook and share, afternoon tea, picnics, dog treats, cheeses, and more.
