Elephant East is described as a Pan-Asian restaurant that will serve food “from Bangkok to Bali,” according to a company statement.

The restaurant is near a pub called Harwood Arms, in a growing area the Harwood District calls La Rue Perdue.

Elephant East is the tenth food and beverage spot in the Harwood District: There’s also coffee shop Magnolias Sous Le Pont, French restaurant Mercat Bistro, Latin American bar Te Deseo and sports bar Happiest Hour (yes, the place with the giant food). Some of the 10 Harwood concepts are temporarily closed during the pandemic, like The Grove and Dolce Riviera.
