The Adolphus

Festivities at the hotel pool will include burger and hot dog specials, bomb pops, American flag decor and fun floats. Day passes are $35 through Resort Pass. In addition, the hotel’s Rodeo Bar will celebrate “Freedom Fest,” with a live DJ and ’Merica drink specials. Guests dressed in American flag attire will get a complimentary Rodeo Bar treat. 1321 Commerce St., Dallas.

Bar Louie

Enjoy $5 premium liquor, $4 domestic drafts and half-off select bar bites and all flatbreads during happy hour 4 to 7 p.m. July 4. The bar will be open 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. Locations across D-FW.

Cantina Laredo

Select locations will offer the USA ‘Rita, a patriotic twist on its house margarita, from July 1 to July 4. The $9 cocktail features red, white and blue layers with Blue Curacao and strawberry puree. 4546 Belt Line Road, Addison and 1125 Legacy Drive, Frisco.

City Works Eatery & Pour House

Mimosa and beer flights are on the menu, as well as specials like Breakfast in America, a savory sausage patty and aged cheddar scrambled eggs tucked inside a green onion cheddar biscuit and served with cheesy potato casserole. Dirty Bones

Brunch features chicken and waffles, breakfast quesadillas, burgers, Bloody Marys, mimosas and more. Prices vary. Brunch is served 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. July 4. 2610 N. Houston St., Dallas.

DIVE Coastal Cuisine

This seafood spot will offer specialty hibiscus, coconut and skinny margaritas July 1 to July 3. 3404 Rankin St., Dallas.

Ebb & Flow

Try the Red, White and Boom, a cocktail with raspberry rocket pop hard seltzer served with a blue sugared rim and garnished with a bomb pop. The drink will be available July 2 through July 4. 2651 Commerce, Suite 100, Dallas and 7300 Lone Star Drive, Plano.

El Bolero

An all-day happy hour on July 4 will get customers $3 off cocktails, $2 off wine and $1 off bottled beer. A blue rum punch with an American flag will be served July 1 through July 4. 1201 Oak Lawn Ave., Dallas.

El Chingon

The Fort Worth Mexican restaurant will host parties featuring local DJs beginning each night at 5 p.m. July 1-4. A Firecracker cocktail will feature coconut rum and watermelon cordial, garnished with a candy straw and Rocket Pop. 2800 Bledsoe St., Suite 100, Fort Worth.

The Exchange

Fish City Grill and Half Shells

July 4 specials include a ceviche verde for $12.99, shrimp boil for $16.99, watermelon margarita for $7 and Tito’s front porch lemonade for $8. Locations across D-FW.

Happiest Hour

The sports bar will celebrate with barbecue on the lawn and drink specials beginning at 4 p.m. nightly July 2 through 4. Tickets are available on site and start at $16. Entertainment includes live bands and DJs. 2616 Olive St., Dallas.

Hawthorn

A specialty cocktail, the Shandy, is made with American whiskey and will be served July 1 through July 2. 208 S. Akard St., Dallas.

Jaxon Beer Garden

Customers can order blue “freedom-ritas” for $14 and crab boil buckets for $42. Entertainment will include performances by the Old 97s, Devon Gilfilian, Summer Dean, Nikki Lane, Mat Hillyer and DJ Carlos. The Red, White and Groove party is 4 to 10 p.m. July 4. 311 S Akard St., Dallas.

Legacy Hall

The Plano food hall will host a drag brunch 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 3 with menu items like shrimp ’n grits, chicken and waffle tacos, breakfast sliders and salmon egg bowls. Tickets start at $60. Patriotic-themed cocktails and $20 beer buckets will be available all day July 4. 7800 Windrose Ave., Plano.

Omni Las Colinas

Festivities begin at noon July 2 and run throughout the weekend with live music, burgers and hot dogs from the grill, and complimentary cotton candy, popcorn and popsicles, and for adults over 21, beverage tastings. Pakpao

Pappas Delta Blues

For barbecue lovers, Pappas Delta Blues is offering dine-in and to-go family meals with prime rib, St. Louis style ribs, smoked chicken, smoked turkey, pulled pork and a choice of boudin, housemade jalapeño cheddar sausage or beef sausage. Check out the Texas-based chain’s crawfish dinner. A dinner for two includes 3 pounds of crawfish, two ears of corn, three potatoes and three sausages, seasoned and spiced to your preference. Cost is $27.99. Special watermelon margaritas will be available for $7. Locations across D-FW.
