Irving MacArthur’s Glendon Willis is having a career year, and so are other 7-6A players

These five 7-6A players have improved their games since last season.

Football is about forward progress — and that doesn’t just mean first downs.

Across the area, several players have improved upon their play from the 2021 season. But for now, let’s focus on District 7-6A. With 1,548 passing yards and 17 touchdowns to just one interception through five games, Irving MacArthur’s Glendon Willis ranks second in the area in passing. Those numbers are a huge leap from 2021 when Willis threw for 1,147 yards and eight touchdowns to 11 interceptions to finish the season.

Check out these five other 7-6A players who have, at midseason, already surpassed their numbers from the end of last year or are on pace to do so.
