ARLINGTON -- Sam Semi threw for 241 yards and two touchdowns, including a 52-yard touchdown pass to Isaiah Robertson in the first quarter, to give Arlington a 34-0 win over Arlington Sam Houston on Thursday night at Choctaw Stadium.

Arlington (6-4, 4-2 District 8-6A) built up a 31-0 lead at halftime and maintained it by keeping Sam Houston scoreless. Tristan Garcia helped Arlington with 166 receiving yards and a 38-yard touchdown pass by Semi to start the game.

Running Back Semaji Green punched in two touchdowns in the first half to extend the Colts’ lead, including a 4-yard run with 22 seconds left until half.

Arlington Sam Houston (0-10, 0-6 District 8-6A) would put up a fight and only allow three points in the second half by Sam Houston's Defense and with the help of Vin Canales, who threw for 61 yards in the contest.
