FRISCO - Mason Marshall rushed for three touchdowns as Rockwall pulled away from Cedar Hill in the second quarter for a 34-12 win in the second annual Jerry Jones Classic at the Ford Center at The Star.

Rockwall (1-0) scored on all five of its first half possession, led by Marshall's three rushing scores after he filled in for Jake Bennett, who left in the game's first drive with a lower leg injury. Marshall rushed 16 times for 72 yards and also completed eight passes for another 78 yards to earn the games MVP award.

Rockwell jumped to a 10-0 lead after the first quarter, but Cedar Hill (0-1) four plays into the second frame to cut the lead to 10-0. From there, Rockwall scored 24 straight to put the game on ice.

Cedar Hill was led on offense by Jaylen Jenkins, who scored both touchdowns, with 21 carries for 188 yards.
