LITTLE ELM – Quarterback Ryan Shackleton passed for five touchdowns and ran for another to lead McKinney Boyd to a 55-46 win over Little Elm. Shackleton’s 48-yard run for a score with 1:11 to play sealed the high-scoring game.

McKinney Boyd (1-7, 1-4 in District 5-6A) led by two scores for much of the second half, but Little Elm (1-8, 0-5 in District 5-6A) cut the deficit to 48-46 on a 9-yard Kellen Tasby pass to Chance Hill with 9:25 left in the game. After recovering a fumble, however, Little Elm's offense stalled and Shackleton put the game away. Shackleton was 18 of 24 for 315 yards passing and no interceptions, tacking on 96 yards rushing.

Little Elm’s Tasby passed for 331 yards and five touchdowns, while Semaj Jordan-Rector carried the ball 29 times for 153 yards and a score.
