ARLINGTON — Cameron Lyles ran for 134 yards and four touchdowns as Kennedale (3-2, 2-0 in 6-4A Div. 1) defeated Fort Worth Castleberry (0-5, 0-2 in 6-4A Div. 1) 56-0 Friday night.

Kameron Sallis caught the lone touchdown pass of the night from Jackson Hammonds for 53 yards. Sallis also had an 81-yard interception return in the third quarter. Other Kennedale runners included Damari Harrell-Jones and Jeremiah Clea, who ran for 62 yards and 73 yards, respectively. Harrell-Jones added a touchdown.

Defensively, Kennedale held Castleberry to 12 total yards and forced three fumbles. Two were recovered by Jacorey Jackson, with one ending in a touchdown. The other was recovered by Zach Conner, who also returned his for a touchdown. Senior 3-star linebacker Poasa Utu finished with four tackles for loss and forced one of the fumbles.
