A 12-yard run from Jones opened the scoring for Spruce (7-2, 3-2) early in the first quarter. Vinyuan Cohen extended the Spruce advantage with a 57-yard touchdown reception just before halftime. Cohen would finish with 211 total yards and two touchdowns.

After forcing a three and out, Conrad (5-4, 1-4) forced a safety as they were able to tackle the punter in the end zone before the end of the second quarter.
