A driver fleeing a traffic stop led Lancaster police and a host of other agencies on a chase that wound up with an arrest near Texas Motor Speedway on Wednesday morning.
The chase began around 1 a.m. in Lancaster after officers tried to stop the driver for speeding and a headlight violation, police said. The chase took police and others through 10 additional cities.
