Officials suspect one man may be behind five cases of assault or indecent exposure targeting Grapevine women since early April, police announced Wednesday.

The crimes took place primarily at apartment complexes in the 2800 to 3000 blocks of Mustang Drive, Grapevine police spokeswoman Amanda McNew.

In at least five cases between April 8 and Tuesday, the man exposed himself or grabbed women. All of the women were able to fight the man off, but one of them suffered a broken collarbone in her struggle to escape.
