Silver Alert discontinued for 79-year-old woman missing from Dallas

Dallas police ended the alert for Dorothy Gean O’Neal Monday afternoon.

Original post: Authorities on Monday issued a Silver Alert for an elderly woman with a cognitive impairment last seen in Dallas.

Dallas police are seeking the public’s help to find Dorothy Gean O’Neal, a 79-year-old black woman who was last seen about 3 p.m. Sunday on Carpenter Avenue in South Dallas.

O’Neal was spotted on foot at the time and is described as wearing a black turban, reddish-brown wig, blue jean dress, black jacket and black Converse shoes. She is described as being 5′11′' tall and weighing 154 pounds. She has gray hair and brown eyes.
